John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers - Live In 1967, album review

Nostalgic Gem

Here's another post that doesn't require much comment: a long lost/concealed recording from 1967 - so rare - of the Bluesbreakers post Clapton's departure and before a trio of these members left after three months to form Fleetwood Mac. The recordings were acquired by Mayall and restored as well as possible by Forty Below's Eric Corne. The quality is excellent, I think, for the time and the single channel reel-to-reel used by a young Dutch fan Tom Huissen, especially in capturing the guitar work of Green.
