9 Poems for Halloween

5. Vampires

With
Vampires it
Transpires that on
Fangs they
Hang small
Specks from torn
Necks where
Blood like a
Flood leaves
Dots as the
Spots of death's
Pith

  1. Do
    Ghouls attend
    Schools where they
    Learn how to
    Turn our
    Dreams into
    Screams while
    Floating and.
    Gloating with
    Silent yet
    Violent
    Intent?

  2. Not brilliant, I know-but thought I'd give it a go! The full stop after "and" is a weird typo that wasn't on the original post. I think the ghouls have been up to mischief!!!

  3. Well done young lady! And, spookily, tomorrow's [well, later today's] post is 'Ghoul'!! Now, to keep the rhyme scheme wholly consistent, how about starting with 'Will' and end with 'kills'?

  4. Will work on a new version. I have to admit I didn't check the rhyme pattern as fully as I could have!!! Oh and I like the " young lady" bit...

  5. Will
    Spectres have
    Lectures on
    Spooking and
    Cooking up
    Ghoulish ideas for their
    Foolish careers in
    Haunting,while
    Flaunting exceedingly
    Horrid, unpleasantly
    Torrid ambitions to
    Kill...
He he! A quick attempt to rhyme at start and end-but not sure if the rest works!
